Ishaq Dar talks on the phone with leaders from Qatar and Indonesia.

Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar talked over the phone with the Prime Minister of Qatar and the Foreign Minister of Indonesia about events in the region and around the world.
The spokeswoman for the Foreign Office said that during his contact with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, the two leaders talked about how the situation in the region and the world is changing. They stressed the need to quickly lower tensions and reaffirmed their commitment to peace and stability. Qatar also liked that Pakistan was still working for peace in the area.
The presidents also talked about how close and brotherly the ties are between Pakistan and Qatar and promised to stay in touch on issues that are important to both countries.
Ishaq Dar talked about the relationship between Pakistan and Indonesia as well as regional and global concerns in a separate discussion with Indonesia’s Foreign Minister. Both sides decided to keep working together closely and reaffirmed the long-standing, cordial connections between Pakistan and Indonesia.
