Workers from Pakistan relocate to the UAE as migration rises by 320%.

There has been a noticeable change in the Middle East’s employment patterns, with a notable rise in Pakistanis moving to the United Arab Emirates.
Official figures show that 9,533 Pakistanis visited the UAE in March 2026, up 320 percent from 2,271 in the same month the previous year.
According to the report, there were 14,035 Pakistani visitors visiting the UAE in February 2026, a 692 percent increase, and a 505 percent increase in January.
Overall, the number of Pakistanis relocating to the UAE increased by over 1500 percent in the first three months of 2026.
On the other hand, the total number of Pakistanis visiting Saudi Arabia fell by 57%. Despite this decline, over 57,500 Pakistanis traveled to Saudi Arabia over the course of the three months, with 23,366 of them doing so in March alone.
Furthermore, 17,687 Pakistanis relocated to Qatar in the first quarter of this year, a 110 percent increase, notwithstanding a minor drop in March.
In a similar vein, migration to Kuwait increased as well; in only three months, 184 Pakistanis traveled there, up from 41 at the same time last year.
According to experts, this trend is a result of Pakistani people looking for work abroad due to shifting economic conditions and employment prospects in Gulf states.
