Nadra unveils an enhanced website consolidating all citizen services under a single platform.

The National Database and Registration Authority has introduced an upgraded and modernised website, consolidating various identity and registration services into a single digital platform to enhance accessibility and user experience.
The authority stated that the enhanced portal would provide a more structured and user-friendly interface, allowing citizens to access services pertaining to national identity cards, National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis, Pakistan Origin Cards, and Family Registration Certificates through a unified system.
Officials stated that the revamped website aims to enhance citizen services while broadening digital access to information, assistance, and registration resources.
The platform now features registration data and statistics via the nGRIDS system in a map-based format, enabling users to perform district-level comparisons concerning census and registration patterns.
A specialised map gallery has been established to facilitate study, planning, and data-driven analysis.
Officials report that the website now includes national and provincial statistics and trends, while incorporating a unified system for the registration of births, deaths, marriages, and divorces.
The portal has unified verification services for banks, telecom operators, and government entities, demonstrating attempts to enhance digital cooperation between public services and regulated sectors.
Nadra stated that citizen support channels, such as contact center services, interactive voice response, and email assistance, have been enhanced to improve the efficacy of support.
The complaint registration and grievance redress system has been enhanced, with officials stating that users will be able to report and monitor issues more effectively.
The authority has updated its careers portal by implementing a streamlined online application process for job searchers.
The new website provides extensive information on Nadra’s domestic and international service network, detailing registration centers and mobile registration vans.
Officials announced that citizens can now obtain location details and service guidance from a unified source, hence minimising the necessity for disjointed information searches.
The portal features revised Right to Information and Media Centre parts designed with contemporary standards to enhance transparency and public involvement.
Officials characterised the updated platform as an element of comprehensive initiatives aimed at advancing digital governance and optimising service delivery via technology-driven reforms.
The launch occurs as governmental entities progressively transition to integrated online systems to enhance public accessibility and minimise procedural obstacles.
