The Pakistan Meteorological Department predicts elevated temperatures and arid conditions for the majority of the nation.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicts predominantly hot and arid conditions throughout much of the country over the next 24 hours, with potential rain, windstorms, and thunderstorms in isolated areas of the northern regions.

The forecast predicts partly overcast conditions with isolated rain and thunderstorms in Islamabad and its vicinity.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper districts are anticipated to see partly overcast conditions, with isolated showers, windstorms, and thunderstorms forecast in regions such as Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kalam, Shangla, Buner, Kohistan, Malakand, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Balakot, Kurram, Waziristan, and Haripur. The remainder of the province is anticipated to stay hot and arid.

Partly overcast weather is anticipated across most districts in Punjab, with occasional occurrences of rain, windstorms, or thunderstorms in areas such as Murree, Galliyat, Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Sialkot, Narowal, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, and Lahore. Other regions are expected to encounter elevated temperatures and arid conditions.

Sindh will persist in experiencing hot and arid conditions, accompanied by dust-raising and gusty winds anticipated in the central and southern regions during the afternoon.

Balochistan is anticipated to remain arid and warm in the majority of its areas.

Cloudy conditions accompanied by sporadic rain, windstorms, and thunderstorms are anticipated for Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
