Police raid a residence in DHA Lahore and steal money and gold.

In a house trespassing incident, some police officers broke into a citizen’s home in Phase 7 of the DHA, Lahore, without a warrant and with female constables in tow. They destroyed the cameras that were set inside, took fifteen tolas of gold and cash, and then hurried away.

The women who were inside the house at the time of the event claimed that the police, who were dressed in both uniform and plainclothes, shut them in a room and held them hostage at gunpoint.

They said that in addition to holding them captive for four hours, the cops made films of them and their kids.

They claimed that the police had no justification for forcing them inside their home.
