The driver in the Murree school vehicle fire case has been booked.

Following a devastating fire event in Murree that killed two children, a lawsuit has been filed against the driver of a school bus.
The FIR claims that the car caught fire when the driver allegedly lighted a cigaret while operating a motor vehicle.
According to the investigation, petrol was stored in an open can beneath one of the van’s seats, which might have caused the fire.
Ayesha Kaleem and Arham Kaleem, two siblings, perished after suffering severe injuries in the event. Hassan, a seven-year-old who was also seriously hurt, is presently being treated at Rawalpindi’s Holy Family Hospital.
At the time of the incident, ten children were inside the van. The report stated that neither a route permit nor a fitness certificate had been granted for the vehicle.
The government has stepped up inspections since the disaster, and rigorous checks of passenger cars and school vans are currently in progress.
