A passenger van in Abbottabad plunges into a ravine, killing six people.

Six persons, including a father and son, were killed on Saturday when a passenger van crashed into a deep ravine in the Bairan Gali neighborhood of Abbottabad.
Rescue officials said that all six occupants of the van—including two sisters who were en route to an exam—died instantly.
According to the authorities, the van lost control and fell down the ravine while it was traveling from Bairan Gali to Abbottabad. As soon as they got the news, rescue crews raced to the scene.
Based on preliminary findings, the collision is thought to have been caused by brake failure. The bodies were particularly difficult to recover due to the depth of the ravine.
