A resolution to outlaw PTI is passed by the Punjab Assembly.

Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and his party leadership are accused of acting against state interests and national stability in a motion passed by the Punjab Assembly that calls for his ban.
During the provincial assembly session, PML-N legislator Tahir Parvez proposed the motion, which the house approved.
Strict action against persons and political organizations allegedly engaged in activities endangering the integrity and stability of the nation was demanded in the resolution. Additionally, it called for penalties for anyone found to be inciting disturbance and making remarks deemed detrimental to national security.
