Details indicate that a mini-truck overturned after its brake failed, killing its driver instantly, at the intersection of Dipalpur Road and Jamal Chowk.

After being notified, police and emergency personnel arrived at the scene and transported the deceased to a hospital. After the legal formalities were fulfilled, the deceased body was thereafter given to its heirs.
