Aleema Khan acknowledges her non-participation in the February 8 protest.

On Wednesday, Aleema Khan, the sister of Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), said that she did not go to the demonstration on February 8.
Aleema Khan said that they didn’t go to the event on February 8; instead, they protested from home. She further said that her kids and her sister’s kids flew kites with “Qaidi No. 804” (Prisoner No. 804) written on them. This is the identification number given to PTI founder Imran Khan.
Aleema Khan said that the strike on February 8 was successful and that different news stories were being spread to take people’s minds off of it. She said, “We protested from home that day.”
She also said that they would go to the Supreme Court and learn more about the findings on the PTI founder. She added that Barrister Salman Safdar told them he had a meeting with him that lasted two hours.
