Amid Middle East tensions, Prime Minister Shehbaz pledges support for the Saudi Crown Prince.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif communicated with Mohammed bin Salman to convey apprehension regarding the developing circumstances in the Middle East.

In a telephone call with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Shehbaz Sharif vehemently denounced the recent Israeli assault on Iran, which precipitated significant regional tensions, along with subsequent strikes on specific Gulf nations.

The prime minister characterized these activities as highly perilous for regional peace and stability, cautioning that they could exacerbate the situation further. He informed the Saudi leadership of Pakistan’s unequivocal solidarity and steadfast support, affirming that Pakistan would stand by its Saudi counterparts at all times and in any challenging circumstance.

Shehbaz Sharif reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering dedication to protecting Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity.

He asserted that Pakistan is prepared to assume a constructive and beneficial role at this pivotal moment and expressed optimism that, with the blessings of the holy month of Ramadan, peace, stability, and harmony will soon be reestablished in the area.
