Canadian FM Ishaq Dar talks about changing regional trends

On Monday, Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand spoke over the phone with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.

They stressed the critical need for de-escalation and shared opinions on changing regional developments.

Ishaq Dar emphasized the value of communication and diplomacy in fostering regional peace and security.

Both sides agreed to stay in regular communication, emphasized the value of high-level exchanges, and reiterated their commitment to improving Pakistan-Canada relations.

On Monday, UK Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Minister of State) Hamish Falconer and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar talked about the changing regional landscape.

Falconer welcomed Pakistan’s initiatives to improve communication and diplomacy in favor of regional peace and stability.

Both parties agreed to maintain constant communication and reiterated the strength of Pakistan-UK relations.
