CJP Afridi examines Punjab courts’ continuous electricity supply.

Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi chaired a crucial conference at the Supreme Court Lahore Registry to examine the continuous supply of energy to district courts around Punjab.
A spokeswoman said that the Chief Secretary of Punjab, Justice Aalia Neelum, the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court, and other pertinent officials were present at the meeting. In-depth talks were made to guarantee the province’s district courts would always have power.
All district courts must have continuous electricity, Chief Justice Yahya Afridi emphasized. He ordered the installation of solar energy projects in areas where a regular power supply is impractical. The installation of solar energy systems at these locations was approved by the Punjab government.
According to the spokeswoman, the Chief Justice valued the Punjab government’s dedication to maintaining district courts’ electrical supply. According to Justice Yahya Afridi, these actions will boost public trust in the legal system and enhance court performance.
