Dar and the PM of Qatar talk about bilateral relations during the SCO conference in Moscow.

On the sidelines of the SCO Heads of Government meeting in Moscow, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the prime minister and prime minister of Qatar, had a casual conversation with Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, the deputy prime minister and foreign minister.
They discussed priorities for regional collaboration as well as bilateral partnerships.
Ishaq Dar had previously visited Moscow to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin and other heads of state from SCO member nations.
President Putin greeted the leaders and underlined the significance of bolstering regional economic cooperation through the Shanghai Cooperation Organization during the summit.
Additionally, he emphasized the SCO’s function as a vital hub for regional connection, stability, and mutually beneficial growth.
Significant talks on trade expansion, rail connectivity, and wider economic cooperation were also place during Dar’s meeting with his Russian counterpart, Alexey Overchuk, in Moscow.
According to the deputy prime minister, the conversation was “very thorough and goal-oriented,” with an emphasis on doable strategies to increase the volume of bilateral commerce, improve land and rail connections, and fortify regional economic integration. He emphasized the possibility of greater collaboration across a number of industries, including infrastructure and transportation, which may significantly contribute to promoting regional connectivity.
