Dar emphasizes the need for de-escalation while reiterating Pakistan’s support for Bahrain.

On Monday night, Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar spoke on the changing circumstances in the area.

According to a news release from the Foreign Office Spokesperson on Tuesday, they discussed recent incidents, especially those in Bahrain, and expressed serious worry about the trends in the Middle East and the wider area.

The deputy prime minister emphasized the necessity of de-escalation, communication, and initiatives for regional peace and stability while reiterating Pakistan’s support for Bahrain and its citizens.
