Dar promises to strengthen bilateral ties during his meeting with the president of Kazakhstan.

Senator Ishaq Dar, the deputy prime minister and foreign minister, paid a visit to Kazakhstan’s president Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, who is in Pakistan for a two-day official visit.

Dar greeted him warmly on behalf of the Pakistani government, people, and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari.

He emphasized Pakistan’s gratitude for the increasing momentum of high-level political discussions.

He reiterated the mutual commitment to further bilateral cooperation in the areas of politics, economics, and people-to-people relations in order to promote long-term peace, stability, and regional prosperity.
