Departments are urged by Chief Secretary Balochistan to activate their social media accounts.

In order to provide the public with the most recent information on development initiatives, Chief Secretary Shakeel Qadir Khan of Balochistan instructed all departments on Friday to promptly activate their social media accounts.
Chief Secretary Shakeel Qadir Khan presided over a Secretaries Committee meeting wherein the activation of social media accounts and employee attendance in workplaces were examined. The gathering also evaluated efficient development project monitoring and transparent hiring practices for open positions.
During the discussion, the Chief Secretary stated that the provision of basic utilities to the people is the province’s top priority. Infrastructure, water, healthcare, education, and other necessities should all be promptly accessible to the public. To serve the public, all police and staff must stay at their designated postings.
An active social media presence, he claimed, will create direct lines of communication between the public and the administration. For the purpose of supervising development projects, the Monitoring and Evaluation Section is fully operational.
Chief Secretary Shakeel Qadir added that in addition to guaranteeing projects’ prompt completion, this will also help rebuild public confidence in the provincial administration. All secretaries are required to fill open positions in their departments solely on the basis of merit.
