Due to tensions in the Middle East, Pakistan has suspended its Hajj flying schedule.

Due to the delicate situation brought on by possible strikes on Iran by the United States and Israel, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has temporarily paused the drafting of the Hajj flight schedule.

The flight schedule may be impacted by the current developments, according to sources, but preparations will move forward with careful assessment of the situation.

Pilgrim visa issuance has already started and is ongoing, despite potential scheduling delays.

While the issuance procedure for 120,000 pilgrims proceeded over the weekend, with Ministry employees deferring their weekend leaves to guarantee smooth operations, two-thirds of pilgrims had gotten their visas.

According to ministry sources, the Hajj itinerary is scheduled to be revealed prior to Eid-ul-Fitr, with preparations moving forward quickly.

Pilgrims will be able to view the finalized schedule through the Ministry’s website and the Pak Hajj mobile app, which will include flight information, building reservations, lodging assignments, and other preparations.

Additionally, all training materials and schedules have already been created, and the second part of pilgrim training will start right after Eid-ul-Fitr.
