Explosions reported in Dubai and Manama: AFP journalists

AFP correspondents reported hearing explosions in Dubai and Manama, the capital of Bahrain, on Saturday, one week into Iran’s retaliatory strikes on targets throughout the Gulf region.

Two explosions were reported in Dubai and one in Manama, accompanied by the activation of a warning siren.

Bahrain’s interior ministry advised citizens and residents to remain composed and proceed to the nearest secure location.
