Field Marshal Asim Munir convened a meeting with Turkiye’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Alparslan Bayraktar, to deliberate on issues of shared interest.

Field Marshal Munir emphasised the robust and historical fraternal relations between Pakistan and Turkiye, as reported by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). He also acknowledged Turkey’s support for Pakistan in other international venues.

Conversely, Minister Bayraktar articulated Turkiye’s intention to augment collaboration in the energy industry. He praised Pakistan’s initiatives for regional peace, stability, and sustainable development, underscoring the significance of strong cooperation between the two countries.
