Final schedule of Prime Minister Shehbaz’s visit to Russia disclosed

The definitive itinerary for Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s official visit to Russia has been published, detailing significant diplomatic, economic, and cultural activities from March 2 to 5.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will arrive in Moscow on March 2, accompanied by Federal Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan and Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar. A senior government and corporate delegation will also participate in the visit.

On March 3, the Prime Minister will place a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and have a significant meeting at the Kremlin with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Elevated discussions about the Pakistan-Russia strategic relationship are anticipated, concentrating on energy collaboration, oil and gas, trade augmentation, revitalization of steel mills, industrial cooperation, and improvement of banking channels.

Pakistan attains significant diplomatic accomplishments as Shehbaz and Dar undertake 71 international journeys in 2025.

Later that evening, Prime Minister Sharif will participate in an iftar with Pakistani students and deliver a speech to them.

On March 4, he will attend the Pakistan-Russia Business Forum, which is anticipated to host over 90 Pakistani enterprises. The Prime Minister will additionally visit the premises of the Pakistani Embassy and the Moscow Cathedral Mosque.

On the same evening, the delegation will leave for Saint Petersburg. On March 5, Prime Minister Sharif is set to conduct a high-level meeting and visit the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, along with the Hermitage Museum.

The Prime Minister will end his tour on March 5 and return to Pakistan with his delegation.
