Five members of the Kosh gang have surrendered in the katcha region near Sadiqabad.

Authorities said on Sunday that five further bandits have capitulated during an ongoing law enforcement operation in the katcha region.
The District Police Officer of Sadiqabad, Irfan Sammo, has announced that five members of the Kosh gang had surrendered their weapons. “These bandits were sought in more than a dozen cases.”
Irfan Sammo stated that a total of 223 dacoits have surrendered in the katcha region during the operation.
The DPO stated that individuals who have surrendered will be processed in accordance with the law. The law enforcement operation will persist in the katcha area until the eradication of combatants and the establishment of peace in the region.
The Punjab and Sindh police departments, along with other law enforcement organizations, have persisted in their operations in the katcha area, a lawless region notorious for illicit activity.
Numerous bandits who sought refuge in the Ghotki, Kashmore, and Rahim Yar Khan districts capitulated during the operation.
The police reported that operations against Shar, Kosh, and other infamous bandit factions in the Ghelpur riverine region have been underway.
