For the tenth time, the ATC issues a non-bailable arrest warrant for Aleema Khan.

For the tenth time in the November 26 protest case, an anti-terrorism court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Aleema Khan, the sister of imprisoned PTI founder Imran Khan.
Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the Anti-Terrorism Court presided over the session. While ten other accused people attended the hearings and were given permission to depart after marking their attendance, Aleema Khan once again did not show up for court.
Aleema Khan will not be appearing today either, defence attorney Faisal Malik told the court, stating that they had already contested the inclusion of terrorism charges, contending that the case is not covered by anti-terror statutes.
The hearing was postponed to November 17 after the judge ordered Aleema Khan to be detained and produced on that day. Additionally, it requested updated information about her properties in Punjab and Islamabad and sent two bank managers show-cause notes for not freezing her accounts as directed.
In addition to ordering Aleema Khan’s arrest and appearance in court today, the court had already issued nine arrest orders for her and called five witnesses.
Aleema Khan and ten other people are charged with arson, interfering in government affairs, and inciting party workers to violent protests in the case, which is registered at the Sadiqabad Police Station.
