From Monday to July 18, temperatures in Karachi are expected to rise significantly.

It is most likely that the weather will continue to be hot and humid on July 16 and 17. Due to the absence of a low-pressure sea breeze, the temperature could rise as high as 39 degrees Celsius, as reported by the Met Office.

The weather report states that the temperature in Thatta and Sujawal districts may reach up to 41 degrees Celsius.

The weather in other parts of Sindh will continue to be hot and humid.

The meteorological agency has forecasted the arrival of monsoon currents in the city starting on July 18, with a high probability of substantial rainfall on July 19 and 20.

There is a high probability of rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms in the eastern districts of Sindh, namely Tharparkar, Mirpur Khas, and Sanghar.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted the occurrence of another monsoon period of precipitation accompanied by thunderstorms in the Punjab region starting today.

Anticipated precipitation of significant intensity is forecasted in Lahore, Sialkot, Gujrat, Narowal, Chakwal, and other cities of the province starting today.

Precipitation is also forecasted in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Murree, and Galliyat, as well as Peshawar, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Dir, Swat, and Chitral in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In addition, Zhob, Barkhan, Musakhel, Sheerani, Loralai, Kohlu, Jhal Magsi, Khuzdar, and Lasbela in Balochistan are expected to see rainfall.
