Funeral prayers for two additional individuals who died in the Gul Plaza fire took place in Karachi.

Funeral prayers for two additional individuals who perished in the Gul Plaza catastrophe were conducted in Karachi on Wednesday.

The funeral prayers for 60-year-old Kausar Parveen and 41-year-old Muhammad Ashraf were conducted, and they were interred at a local cemetery. It is important to note that six members of Kausar Parveen’s family perished in the disaster. Four family members were interred on Sunday.

Conversely, relatives of the missing individuals in the disaster organized a protest, articulating profound sorrow and indignation at the fatalities of their loved ones. The families requested the release of DNA reports and the remains of their kin.

The Deputy Commissioner South has guaranteed comprehensive support to the families.
