This represents a total decrease of Rs61,000 within two days, with a notable reduction of Rs35,500 occurring on Friday alone, indicating a pronounced dip in the value of the precious metal.

The yellow metal declined by $255 in the international market, where it is currently trading at $4,895 per ounce.

The price of silver also declined, with the per tola cost falling to Rs9,006 following a significant decrease of Rs2,063.
