Imran Khan taken to PIMS Hospital for subsequent eye treatment.

Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was taken to PIMS Hospital for a follow-up examination, during which he received a second injection to address the impaired eye and assist in restoring his eyesight.
Imran Khan, founder of PTI, was sent to PIMS Hospital for subsequent treatment of his ocular illness. The hospital administration said that he was transferred from Adiala Jail to PIMS, where he received the second dose of an anti-VEGF intravitreal injection.
The PIMS administration reported that a consultant cardiologist conducted an echocardiogram and an ECG, both of which yielded normal results. The procedure was conducted under the oversight of consultant ophthalmologists and a consultant vitreoretinal surgeon from PIMS and Shifa Eye Hospital. The procedure was conducted as outpatient surgery.
The hospital management additionally indicated that the PTI founder was discharged with follow-up recommendations and a prescription. A panel of experts evaluated him before the operation.
