In a case involving the promotion of gambling apps, the court confronts Ducky Bhai about posting videos.

Pakistani YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, also known as Ducky Bhai, was questioned by the Lahore municipal court for posting videos to his channel when the gambling app marketing case was being heard.

His request for the release of seized property in a case involving the promotion of gambling applications was heard before the Lahore District Courts. During the proceedings, the YouTuber made an in-person appearance.

The court noted that the NCCIA did not object to the 19 seized materials being released.

The investigating officer responded by telling the court that access to the YouTube channel could not be provided because forensic examination of Ducky Bhai’s laptop and three cell phones was still in progress.

The court noted that the YouTube channel had been banned and was no longer his property.

Three recordings had been posted to the YouTube channel, an FIA assistant director said the court. Ducky Bhai explained that the uploaded videos had not brought in any money. However, claiming that the channel did not belong to him, the court questioned why the recordings were even uploaded.

The hearing was postponed until December 22, 2025.

It is important to remember that Ducky Bhai restarted his YouTube activities and started posting vlogs after being granted bail in the gambling apps marketing case.

Following its debut, Ducky Bhai’s first vlog had over 150 million views, sparking rumors on social media that he had made a sizable sum of money from a single video.
