The most recent PBS data indicates that the CPI inflation urban climbed 6.8% year over year in February 2026, compared to 5.8% the month before and 1.8% in February 2025. Compared to a decline of 0.7% in February 2025 and an increase of 0.2% the month before, it climbed by 0.3% in February 2026.
