In Pakistan, gold prices have increased by Rs7,900 per tola.

According to the Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price of gold increased significantly on Thursday both domestically and internationally.

At Rs523,962, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs7,900. In a same vein, 10 grams of gold now cost Rs449,212, up Rs6,773.

Globally, the price of gold increased by $79 per ounce to $5,012.

Gold dealers claim that in just two days, the price of gold in the local market has risen by an astounding Rs9,200 a tola.

Additionally, the price of silver increased as well, rising by Rs358 per tola to Rs8,404. The price of silver has increased by Rs390 per tola in the last two days.
