In the Maneka assault case, ATC issues non-bailable warrants against a PTI attorney.

In connection with the alleged attack on Khawar Maneka, an anti-terrorism court in the federal capital on Monday issued non-bailable arrest warrants against the attorney for PTI founder Imran Khan.

Fathullah Burki was ordered to be arrested by the police and brought before the bench by the court.

The hearing, presided over by Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra, saw the appearance of several accused, including Zahid Bashir Dar and Ansar Kayani, while PTI lawyers were represented by advocate Komal Jadoon.

The case, which was filed at the Secretariat Police Station, concerns claims that PTI attorneys assaulted Khawar Maneka.
