Iran and Pakistan would strive for Ummah unity.

On Friday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif underlined Pakistan’s desire to promote collaboration with Iran in areas of shared interest, such as bilateral commerce and economic growth.

He was speaking with Dr. Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, who had visited him at the PM House with a delegation.

According to the prime minister, both nations have consistently stood by one another following acts of unilateral aggression against their sovereign governments and denounced state-sponsored terrorism.

He went on to say that both nations have a strong commitment to regional collaboration, world peace, and prosperity because they were both tragically victims of terrorism. “Pakistan and Iran are determined to work in cohesion and cooperation for unity of Ummah.”

Google’s decision to open offices and invest in Pakistan was also praised by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday, who called the installation of Google’s product assembly line in Haripur a great step.

The prime minister stated in a statement released by the PM Office that foreign IT firms such as Google are demonstrating their faith in the government’s initiatives to facilitate investment and business dealings in Pakistan.

With the foreign remittances surpassing $3.4 billion, an 11.9 percent rise in October, Shehbaz Sharif thanked the Pakistanis living abroad.

In a statement, the prime minister claimed that a steady increase in remittances demonstrated the confidence that foreigners had in the government’s programs.

“Overseas Pakistanis are our invaluable assets, serving the nation and country by sending their hard-earned money,” he said.
