On Saturday, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi spoke over the phone with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on recent regional events, specifically in Gaza and Palestine.

They discussed how Muslim nations may work together to advance regional peace and stability.

The talk also touched on the impending conference in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.

Ishaq Dar also spoke with Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty about the Middle East crisis at the same time.

Ahead of the next Summit, which is set for Monday in Sharm el-Sheikh, they also talked about regional diplomatic initiatives and coordination.
