LHC releases the list of new judges for March–May 2026.

A new roster of judges has been released by the Lahore High Court (LHC) and will take effect during the next two months, from March 2 to May 2.

Approved by Chief Justice Aalia Neelum, the roster assigns cases and arranges benches to handle different kinds of cases and appeals during the course of the following two months.

In the new organization, 27 judges will handle cases as part of single benches, while nine division benches would hear cases at the principal seat. All appeals will be heard by a two-judge panel led by Chief Justice Aalia Neelum.

Cases pertaining to commercial and tax appeals will be heard by a two-judge panel made up of Justices Javed Iqbal Venus and Abid Aziz Sheikh.

Justice Shahbaz Rizvi and Justice Sardar Akbar Ali Dogar will serve on the bench that hears appeals related to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), criminal cases, and anti-terrorism cases.

Civil appeals will be heard by a panel consisting of Justices Faisal Zaman Khan and Chaudhry Iqbal, while appeals pertaining to murder and drugs will be heard by a court that includes Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry.

A bench headed by Justice Farooq Haider will hear appeals pertaining to narcotics, while a two-judge panel consisting of Justices Hassan Nawaz Makhdoom and Malik Awais Khalid will examine tax references.
