Maryam Nawaz designates crimes against women and children as a ‘red line’ in Punjab.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, speaking at a laptop and scholarship event in Lodhran on Thursday, proclaimed that crimes against women and children constitute her “red line.”

She announced the donation of 9,005 laptops to kids from the Multan and Bahawalpur divisions, emphasized equitable possibilities throughout Punjab, and highlighted significant initiatives in housing, healthcare, infrastructure, sanitation, and law enforcement.

She stated that her administration had mitigated mafia influence, enhanced public safety, and initiated extensive development initiatives in a brief timeframe, demonstrating her dedication to responsibility and public service.

Maryam Nawaz emphasized advancements achieved under her administration, encompassing housing developments, complimentary land allocations, infrastructure projects, healthcare facilities, and medical efforts, while noting the prompt police response to harassment incidents. She stated that Punjab is being rendered free of crime and mafia via stringent governance and accountability.
