On July 29, the ATC will indict KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur was the subject of a complaint filed at the I-9 police station in the federal capital, and on Monday, an anti-terrorism court (ATC) decided to indict him, according to ARY News.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of the ATC handled the hearing. Before the ATC, Gandapur was represented by counsel.
Copy of the challan were given to the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other accused at today’s session. On July 29, the following hearing for an indictment, the suspects were instructed to make sure they showed up.
The ATC retracted Ali Amin Gandapur’s arrest warrant on Friday in connection with a case involving violent protests and a Section 144 violation involving the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In the case filed against Gandapur at the I-9 Police Station, the ATC heard an application to revoke the arrest warrants.
Upon turning himself in to the court, Ali Amin Gandapur stated that he had commitments that prevented him from appearing earlier.
Following Imran Khan’s detention as PTI founder and former prime minister last year on the grounds of the Islamabad High Court (IHC), the PTI leader and KP chief minister are now facing numerous cases under various allegations.
