On the anniversary of Maharaja Ranjit Singh’s demise, 448 Indian Sikh pilgrims performed rituals at Janam Asthan at Nankana Sahib.
Gurdwara Janam Asthan at Nankana Sahib, the birthplace of Baba Guru Nanak, is the site of rites performed by 448 Indian Sikh pilgrims who travelled to Pakistan to commemorate the 185th anniversary of Maharaja Ranjit Singh’s passing. The pilgrims have expressed gratitude to the Pakistani government for providing them with the greatest food, shelter, security, and medical services.
