Pakistan and Myanmar promise to work closely together on regional matters.

On Tuesday, U Than Swe, the foreign minister of Myanmar, spoke with Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, the deputy prime minister and foreign minister.

During the discussion, the two leaders discussed the state of their bilateral ties.

According to a press release from the Foreign Office, they also decided to keep in constant contact going forward about regional and common challenges.
