Pakistan and the UK decide to increase their collaboration.

In their meeting with UK Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs Yvette Cooper on Thursday, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar reaffirmed their commitment to effective cooperation, multilateralism, and dialogue, including within the UN framework, while exchanging opinions on significant regional and global events.

The Ishaq Dar met with the UK Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, who convened the briefing, on the margins of the high-level UN Security Council meeting on Palestine in New York. She was commended by Ishaq Dar for calling the crucial meeting.

The need of ongoing high-level engagement was emphasized by the two leaders as they assessed Pakistan-UK relations. They decided to increase people-to-people interactions and fortify bilateral collaboration in a variety of areas.
