Parts of KP are shaken by an earthquake of magnitude 5.3.

On Saturday, Malakand, Shangla, Buner, and the neighbouring districts were shaken by earthquake shocks.
The Seismological Center reports that the earthquake had a depth of 216 km and a Richter value of 5.3.
The Hindu Kush mountain range served as the earthquake’s epicentre. The earthquake caused people to emerge from their houses and recite the Kalima Tayyaba. As of right now, no deaths or property losses have been reported.
In addition to the federal capital, some parts of Mansehra, Battagram, Swat, Mardan, Swabi, Peshawar, Bajaur, and Chitral also felt powerful earthquakes and jolts a few days ago.
On the Richter scale, the earthquake had a magnitude of 5.6. The Hindu Kush mountain range in Afghanistan was the epicentre of the earthquake, according to the Seismological Center. No casualties have been recorded as of yet.
