PM is pained by the deaths in the floods in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.

On Saturday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif expressed his profound sorrow over the disastrous rains, floods, and landslides brought on by cyclones in many parts of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, as well as the loss of priceless lives and property.
He expressed his deepest sympathies to the victims’ families in a post on X. We offer up prayers for the quick recovery of all impacted communities as well as the safe return of those who are still missing.
“In this time of sorrow, Pakistan stands in solidarity with the people, governments, and leadership of Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.”
He continued, “We are prepared to offer whatever assistance is necessary to deal with this natural disaster.”
About 600 people have been killed by landslides and floods caused by torrential rainfall in parts of southern Asia.
Millions of people were impacted by some of the worst flooding in years in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Sri Lanka as a result of monsoon rains made worse by tropical storms.
