Presidents of Pakistan and the UAE talk on regional trends and bilateral ties.

On Tuesday, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the ruler of Abu Dhabi and president of the United Arab Emirates, and President Asif Ali Zardari talked about measures to strengthen the close and enduring ties between the UAE and Pakistan.
During an official visit to the UAE, President Asif Ali Zardari met with the UAE President in Abu Dhabi with a high-level team, according to a news statement from the President Secretariat Media Wing.
The two leaders highlighted the enormous potential for growing economic and strategic collaboration as they examined the entire range of bilateral cooperation and investigated new prospects in trade, investment, energy, infrastructure, technology, and people-to-people interactions.
President Zardari praised the UAE’s ongoing assistance for enhancing bilateral ties and emphasized the importance of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s recent visit to Pakistan.
First Lady Bibi Aseefa Bhutto Zardari MNA, Chairman of the People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Federal Minister of Interior and Narcotics Control Mohsin Naqvi, and Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE were present at the meeting.
Additionally, both parties reiterated their commitment to advancing peace, stability, and sustainable development while exchanging opinions on a variety of regional and global topics.
The long-standing friendship and strategic alliance between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates were highlighted by President Zardari’s visit.
