Shehbaz once more thanks Trump for the peace in India.

BAKU: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif said again on Saturday that Pakistan, like their Azerbaijani and Turkish brothers, “seeks peace,” but “let there be no doubt—no one can ever be allowed to challenge our sovereignty or undermine our territorial integrity.”
At the Victory Day parade in Azerbaijan, the prime minister said that Pakistan, Turkiye, and Azerbaijan were like three brothers whose hearts beat as one. They were now standing next to each other, celebrating the big event.
He went on to say, “What a proud and exciting sight it is to see our brave armed forces marching next to their Azerbaijani and Turkish brothers, with the roar of the JF-17 Thunder jets in the sky, a loud sign of our lasting friendship, which has, Alhamdolillah, grown stronger over the years.”
He remembered that on August 14 of this year, the Azerbaijani and Turkish military units marched proudly alongside the Pakistani Armed Forces in Islamabad, where they received a lot of applause. They were celebrating Maarka-e-Haq, which marked their historic victory in the four-day war with India.
The prime minister said that the celebrations in Azerbaijan made their hearts swell with pride. He said that seeing their bright faces and shining eyes today brought back fond memories of his childhood.
He also read a verse from the national poet Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal, who was a guiding light in their fight for freedom. He said that these words, which have stood the test of time, reminded them that freedom was not won by force alone, but by unwavering belief and commitment that gave life to such heroic struggles.
Five years ago, the brave sons of Azerbaijan answered the call of history under the bold and visionary leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, the prime minister said. “The world watched in awe as Azerbaijan’s brave soldiers freed their ancestral lands of beautiful Karabakh.
He went on to say, “Pakistan stood by its brotherly country Azerbaijan like a rock during this whole fight for freedom.”
The prime minister said that Azerbaijan’s victory in Karabakh was a glorious proof of a just cause and a beacon of hope for all countries that want to be free and make their own decisions, including the brave and strong people of Gaza and Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that this year, the whole world saw how the strong leadership and great people of Azerbaijan and Turkiye stood by Pakistan during the four-day war with India in May.
“Under the dynamic and fearless command of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Pakistan’s highly professional Armed Forces delivered a bloody nose to our enemy with a precise and highly effective military punch that stunned the enemy into shock and disbelief. “Our air force hawks, led by Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Baber Sidhu, shot down seven very advanced enemy planes in a flash to protect the motherland,” he said.
He said that as they celebrated the past, they also looked to the future with great hopes and dreams.
He said it was good to see families who had been displaced return to their homes in Karabakh. He also praised President Aliyev’s strong personal commitment to the welfare and progress of the people of Azerbaijan.
He thought the speed at which Shusha (the jewel of Karabakh), Khankendi, Fuzuli, Lachin, and all the other freed areas of Karabakh were rebuilt was truly amazing.
The prime minister also praised the most successful models of development in modern-day Turkey, which were designed by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. He also expressed his deep admiration for Erdogan’s visionary leadership, which has turned Turkey into a modern, progressive, strategic, and economic power.
