Sindh will put an end to the disappearance of school teachers.

Given the specifics, it appears that the decision was made in order to assist in improving the educational standards and to guarantee that ghost teachers will not be paid.

District and Taluka Education Officers have been given instructions by the Sindh Education Department to produce a final list of such school instructors within two days. This instruction was given to them.

According to the department, these misbehaving teachers have not made touch with the appropriate authorities after being warned multiple times.

Data on teachers who were living outside of the United States had been submitted to the Department of Education by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) earlier. Some of these workers have been receiving their salaries for years without showing up to work, while others have provided health certificates that are not genuine.

Together with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the monitoring cell of the Education Department was able to locate the employees who had fled the workforce.

Eight ghost teachers in Sindh were terminated from their positions earlier by the Sindh education department.

The employment of eight teachers who were living outside of the country were terminated, according to Akbar Leghari. In the two years prior to their dismissal, the instructors who were terminated from their positions had been collecting wages.

Additionally, the secretary stated that Taluka education officers all around the province are bringing attention to the situation of the phantom instructors.

There would be severe consequences for the ghost teachers, the secretary warned.
