SSGC cuts off the industrial sector’s gas supplies for a full day.

Gas delivery to the industrial sector will be halted for a full day, according to Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC).

The gas supply will be cut off from Sunday morning till Monday, April 13 at 8:00 am, according to SSGC.

According to the company’s statement, the decision was made to ensure equitable distribution across all sectors and to address a gas shortfall in the system.

However, industrial stakeholders have voiced concerns about the suspension, claiming that ongoing gas shutdowns could affect overall industrial output and interfere with manufacturing activities.
