Tahir Ashrafi emphasizes the necessity of Muslim solidarity to thwart conspiracies.

Hafiz Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi, Chairman of the Pakistan Ulema Council, has asserted that Israel seeks to incite conflict among Muslims and is plotting against Pakistan’s nuclear program.
While addressing the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Conference at Idara Minhaj-ul-Hussain on Saturday, he stated that the prevailing circumstances necessitated collective wisdom and prudence instead of impulsive actions, as antagonistic forces were striving to incite divides among Muslim nations.
He stated that amidst the current hostilities between Israel and Iran, a group of young girls was attacked, yet the international humanitarian response was insufficient.
He characterized assaults on innocent civilians as profoundly terrible for the whole Muslim community.
He stated that specific entities were attempting to foster a climate of discord between Arab nations and Iran, while emphasizing that solidarity among Muslim countries was crucial to address foreign challenges.
Ashrafi stated that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif engaged in an extensive telephonic dialogue with the Iranian president, while the foreign ministers of Turkiye, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia were in Pakistan to seek a peaceful settlement to the crisis.
He emphasized that safeguarding Harmain Sharifain is a matter of conviction for every Muslim, asserting that any damage to these hallowed sites is intolerable.
Ashrafi stated that Paigham-e-Pakistan continues to be a significant national story fostering unity and consensus, calling upon the leadership of Muslim nations to assemble in Makkah to develop a collective strategy in response to rising problems.
