The annual Tableeghi Ijtema preparations will have the full support of Interior Minister Naqvi.

A delegation from the Tableeghi Jamaat met with Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Saturday to talk about getting ready for the annual Tableeghi Ijtema in November.

Muhammad Aamir, Zahid Pracha, Iqbal Mian, and Anwar Ghani were among the delegation members. The meeting was also attended by the chief commissioner, the inspector general of Islamabad, and Talal Chaudhry, the minister of state for interior.

Naqvi gave the group the assurance that the Ministry of Interior would fully assist the event’s smooth planning. “International participants will receive special assistance in obtaining visas,” he said.

He added that specific counters would be positioned at airports to assist arriving customers, just like in years past. “It is our responsibility and a source of spiritual reward to facilitate and support Islamic preaching,” he stated.

The annual event was attended by more than 15,000 worldwide participants from 108 nations last year, according to the Tableeghi Jamaat representatives.

During the meeting, a special prayer was said for the flood victims as well as for the peace, development, and prosperity of the nation.
