The chairman of NAB submits the yearly performance report to the Prime Minister.

Lieutenant General (R) Nazir Ahmed, Chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), met with Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday at the PM’s House to give the NAB annual report for the year 2025.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif officially assessed the performance of the National Accountability Bureau and commended its evolution into a technology-oriented institution.
He commended the incorporation of contemporary technologies, particularly the application of artificial intelligence in investigations.
The PM Office Media Wing stated in a news statement that Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar attended the meeting.
The Prime Minister praised NAB’s e-Office architecture for its alignment with the government’s overarching objectives of austerity and transparency.
