The cost of light fuel increases by Rs67.51 per litre.

An official announcement states that the retail price of light diesel has increased by Rs67.51 per litre to Rs302.52 per liter.
The price of kerosene was previously raised from Rs318.81 per litre to Rs358.01 per litre, an increase of Rs39.20 per litre.
In the meanwhile, the government has made the decision to keep gasoline and high-speed diesel at their existing pricing for the time being.
The Petroleum Division said in a statement that rates for gasoline and high-speed diesel would remain unchanged until additional directives were received.
High-speed diesel would continue to cost Rs335.86 per litre, while petrol will continue to cost Rs321.17 per liter.
Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister, had earlier approved maintaining the current prices of gasoline and diesel while rejecting demands for sharp price rises for petroleum products.
