The court issues perpetual arrest warrants for Ali Amin Gandapur after he is designated a proclaimed offender.

Ali Amin Gandapur has been designated a proclaimed criminal in a liquor and illegal guns recovery case by an Islamabad district and sessions court, and perpetual arrest warrants have been issued against him.

The accused must be arrested and brought before the court right away, according to a written order issued by Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti.

The court’s written ruling states that public notifications announcing the accused’s absconding had already been posted, and proceedings under Section 87 of the Criminal Procedure Code had already been finished. Additionally, the police provided the court with a report on the proclamation procedure.

According to the court, it seemed that the accused had fled to avoid the law given the circumstances. As a result, Ali Amin Gandapur was officially proclaimed an offender by the court.

In addition, the judicial magistrate issued permanent, non-bailable arrest warrants and revoked the surety bonds that the defendants had presented. The court also ordered that Ali Amin Gandapur’s name be added to the list of proclaimed criminals.

The written order also directed authorities to file a lawsuit against the accused’s surety. Court documents indicate that the case against Ali Amin Gandapur is filed at Islamabad’s Bara Kahu Police Station.
